UPDATE 10/19/06: 10-10-345 now charges an additional rate per minute on calls to Mexico reaching mobile phones and possibly other devices like pagers. The 10-10-345 customer service number at 1-800-317-2657 was playing the following recorded notice: " The Mexican government has announced that effective October 11, 2006 calls to mobile telephone numbers in Mexico will be subject to a Mobile Termination Charge (MTC). Therefore, on or after October 11, 2006 to call a mobile number in Mexico you will need to dial a 1 after the Mexican country code of 52 [...] " These calls will include an additional per minute MTC. The additional per minute charge has not been determined yet, however it has been estimated to be between 11 cents to 20 cents per minute. " 10/27/06: The 10-10-345 Web site now mentions " The additional per minute charge has not been determined yet however it is estimated to be between 12 cents to 20 cents per minute. "

AT&T's 10-10-345 service charges more to call international mobile devices, such as mobile phones and pagers, but they do not promise to immediately update those rates online. The 1010345.com site notes, " This mobile information will be updated periodically to keep this information as current as possible. " Since they may not keep their own website updated immediately, and have made past mistakes on their site and interactive voice system, we cannot guarantee accurate rates listed for 10-10-345.
